Lower Blepharoplasty + Eye Lift: Ania’s Case

In this video I address under-eye bags, dark circles, and loose skin with a lower blepharoplasty combined with a subtle eye lift.

For Ania, I repositioned fat from the under-eye bag to fill the tear-trough hollow and tightened the orbicularis muscle laterally at the outer corner, improving the eyelid-cheek transition without changing the eye shape.
