Eye Rejuvenation: Blepharoplasty + GPoint Seffiller (Case Study)

In this video, I present a case of global eye and face rejuvenation, performed using a combined, minimally invasive approach.

The patient’s goal was to eliminate the tired look caused by heavy eyelids and dark circles, without altering her natural features.

Pre-operative Analysis: The patient presented with excess skin that was “closing” the eye, evident fat bags, and—a crucial detail—volume loss in key areas of the face (temples, eyebrows, and cheeks) which accentuated the aging process.

The Procedure: To achieve a harmonious result, it is not enough to just “remove.” We must also “restore.”

Upper Blepharoplasty: Removal of excess skin to open up the gaze.

Lower Blepharoplasty: Elimination of bags and dark circles.

GPoint with Seffiller: Use of the patient’s autologous fat (regenerative and volumizing) to restore volume and provide a natural lifting effect.

The final result? A fresh look, invisible scars, and a patient who finally feels “at her best.”
