A growth in the eye socket. Some orbital tumors, like in this case, progressively grow behind the eyeball and push it into various positions. In this case, it pushes the eye downward, causing an absolutely unusual appearance. It looks Picasso-like, with two mismatched eyes—one sticking out and the other lower. This is related to the growth taking up space behind the eyeball, which is encased in bone, causing the eye to be pushed. Through small incisions hidden in the folds of the eyelid, we managed to completely remove the orbital tumor. The woman has recovered from the tumor and the growth, and has regained a normal appearance.
