- Upper Eyelid Management: Excess skin was resting heavily on her eyelashes, physically closing her lateral gaze. - Correcting Asymmetry: One eye was noticeably more closed than the other due to Eyelid Ptosis, requiring targeted intervention on the levator muscle.
- Lower Eyelid Refinement: The presence of loose skin and malar bags called for a complex Lower Blepharoplasty to smoothly manage the junction between the eyelid and the cheek.
An added layer of difficulty was the removal of a small xanthelasma located in an area previously scarred from a past excision. Working over old scar tissue demands extreme delicacy to avoid unnatural tension. By utilizing rigorous measurement techniques like the pinch test, we ensure that the final incisions remain completely hidden within natural eyelid folds. One month post-op, the outcome is clean, symmetrical, and above all, authentic.
